September is done and October has started

Oct 14

A lot of happenings at HCHS this last 6 weeks. Ken Prosk Pancake Breakfast, Terry Fox Run, Alberta Arts Day, Rotary Exchange Presentation, Take our Kids to Work presentation and much more.

Thanks to everyone for participating and making us all feel at home here at our school.

Upcoming events and things:

Grad Interviews have started - each Grade 12 student gets at least one personal interview with Mrs. Armstrong or myself and we talk about future plans, graduation requirements and funding post-secondary plans.

Take Our Kids to Work is happening Wednesday November 4th

The Yearbook committee is fundraising by selling tickets at lunch for people to have a chance to have their face featured on the front of our Yearbook this year. (Don't you think we should all pitch-in 25 cents to get Mr. Cardiff on the front cover?)

Masquerade Dance is on October 30th in our Gym.

We are also selling tickets to have a chance to win the Trip of the Month - It is a fabulous opportunity to support our school and possibly win some great prizes! For more information check out the article on our homepage.

...and don't forget Parent Teacher Interviews next week Monday the 19th and Wednesday the 21st.
